Turning our inefficiency into a researchable question. Ours started as why is the ER slow and ended as how does information handoff at triage affect time to first assessment, which is a question you can actually go.
Criteria for a credible source, applied to five things we found. Two of ours failed, including one that looked completely professional and turned out to be a company selling the solution it recommended.
