What belongs here

This site publishes course resources, schedules, learning tools, and class-level information. Public pages are designed not to display a student name, individual grade, IEP, medical detail, disciplinary detail, or clinical-hours record.

Classroom tools

Some assessment and tracker tools may ask for a period and a student ID or class code so work can be returned to the correct class. Those entries are handled through teacher-controlled services. Do not type a full name, medical detail, or other sensitive information into an open response unless a district-approved form specifically requires it.

Official records

Schoology and approved district systems are the official systems of record. A score, progress display, or local copy on this portal is a classroom aid and does not replace the district record.

Information stored on this device

The portal uses browser storage to remember choices and unfinished work on the device you are using. Depending on the tool, that can include your selected course, class period or code, simulation progress, reading progress, optional vocabulary work, and the name entered for a moderated community post. Assessment Student IDs are not saved for the next user. Clearing this site's browser data removes these local copies.

Cookies and teacher sign-in

Public learning pages do not require a teacher login. Teacher sign-in uses a time-limited session cookie so private routes stay behind the login screen. Vercel Web Analytics measures page traffic without cookies and reports aggregated data; Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and interaction performance.

Services outside this portal

• Vercel hosts the site and provides traffic and performance measurements.
• Microsoft Forms receives class assignment uploads after district sign-in.
• Clever routes students to district sign-in, myPLTW, and Schoology.
• Google Forms receives voluntary student or family feedback when someone opens a feedback form.

Linked and embedded services have their own privacy practices. Follow district directions before signing in or submitting information to an outside service.

How long information stays

Device-local information remains on that device until the browser data is cleared or the portal removes it. Information submitted to a district-approved or teacher-controlled service follows that service's and the district's retention rules. This page does not replace the district's official retention schedule.

Questions or corrections

Use the contact address in the footer to reach Mr. Mendoza if you find information that should not be public or want a portal record corrected. The site does not sell student information.
