What a finished product looks like

This is a model of the work you should turn in today. Use it to check your own: match the structure and the level of detail, do not copy it. Your data and wording should be your own.

Audited Problem 3 evidence tracker
Completes: Completes the Problem 3 marking-period close: a tracker showing the true status of every deliverable, all three core artifacts attached, and one improvement note.

Problem 3 evidence tracker (status reflects actual completion, not intention):

  • Source-ethics reflection: Complete (submitted 3/9)
  • Literature review: Complete (3 sources, citations present)
  • Decision matrix: Complete (3 options, 4 weighted criteria)
  • Validation plan: In progress, fixed today (was missing units on Metric 2; added 'minutes')
  • Prototype sketch: Complete

Fixes made during the audit: I added the missing citation on Source 3 of my literature review and corrected the units on my second validation metric.

Improvement note for next marking period: I will log each deliverable in the tracker the day I finish it, instead of reconstructing the list at the end, so the tracker never falls behind reality.

WebXam-style domain: Laboratory Standard Operational ProceduresSelf-check skill: Judging when an artifact counts as complete in an evidence audit
During an evidence audit, a student finds a literature review that lists three sources but is missing the citation for one of them. How should the tracker record this item?
